Decent and trustable!!!!!!!
I owned more than 20 Aromatherapy books, I'd like to see the different point of view on this subject since every aromatherapist have their own way on blends and using on essential oil, I respect all of them.
However, this book really gave me confidence because of the author is a registered nurse by training and an instructor for the Red Cross. Her medical background is very important!!!
It is a very valuable reading!!!
400 pages information and her exprience,including the explaination on Aromatherapy and the way of use, loaded recipes.... the price is worth!!!!
This book is better then many of aromatherapy books on the market!!!! I recomment this book to those serious Aromatherapy lover!!! A REAL PEAL!!!
