misleading sizes, adds discomfort
I unfortunately got overexcited when learned about my pregnancy and ordered 2 belts at once - black and white in size M 10-12 as this is the size I usually buy my trousers in. I have very little fat, but the bottom part of band was literally digging into my flesh around hips, so I had to cover my hips with long blouses to hide my strange new hip shape (and at home choose between husband or belt). I decided to give it another try and ordered size L 14-16. You know what, I am still not wearing it. It may be convenient to warm the waistline in cold weather and potentially helpful when you walk, but the moment you sit (train to work, office) the bottom of the elastic band tends to scroll up, then if you wear tights on the top you get a painful belt below your belly - not very helpful when you in any case need to visit toilet more often than usual. I would suggest to look for alternatives.

Bought this in my 8th month. Was suffering some ligament/side pain and this really helped support my bump. Would recommend if you feel you just need that little bit of a lift. Very comfortable.

Carriwell Maternity Support Band fits very well and I would buy again if I had to. I bought my pre-pregnancy size S - 8/10 and is just perfect.
