CLASSIC EMMERDALE!!! AT LAST!!!
Finally released on DVD is going to be what can truly be described as classic Emmerdale (or Emmerdale Farm as it was then called). We've so far enjoyed umpteen classic Coronation Street releases and it's about time classic Emmerdale was treated with the same recognition it so rightly deserves. Hopefully this won't be the last as I hope to see more episodes from the 70s and 80s. Now younger viewers will see just how great the early days were. EMMERDALE FARM? EMMERDALE? It doesn't matter what it's called it's been a great show for 35 years, let's make it to 100 years!!!

Well worth the wait
i had to wait a while but WOW i'm glad i waited. I have watched all 28 first episode sof ememrdale farm which are smashing and the ebst of emmerdale. Although there should ahve been some more episodes like the Barn Fire, House Collapse, Hit and Run death of the ehadmistress and Vics Death it is a very good DVD(s)
