a really easy to read but challenging and practical book. very concise and informative and also very user friendy. thoroughly recommended.

coping with stress4
I bought this bring as it was recommended to me. I did find it hard going at first but continued reading it. It explains why we feel the way we do and helps you to deal with it via exercises. It has helped me cope better and shown me ways to handle situations in a different way. I would recommend this to others sufferring from stress and worry.

I am finding this of practical help and quite user friendly having tried various forms of therapy in the past. Seems to be working!
