Customer Reviews

A bit of a disappointment2
This book looked quite promising but I was a little disappointed with it when is arrived. There is a lovely project for a memory quilt which I have set to work on. Although there is some handy hints and tips the rest of the projects I found to be a bit frilly and flouncy and not really anything I would make. There are lots of things for making covers for chairs and tissue boxes and some dubious things to do with your clothes. Not a bad book does give you some ideas but not something I would tell my friends to run out and buy immediately

dissapointed2
I was really disappointed with this book
its got a brillant modern cover but thats about it
Ive bought lots of sewing books over the years and I am always looking out for some thing a bit different/ funky /modern to keep me up todate with modern trends
I thought this book was just that but no it was the opposite
lots of dated ideas and pictures which im sure ive seen in old books ive had. Im usually quite pleased with what I purchuse as I do usually review them .This one must have slipped through the net.I was took in by the funky pink stilleto dont you be !!!!!!!!!!!
