Racy, pacey and a whole heap of fun!
An immensely enjoyable read that took me into the scandalous world of the residents of Churchminster, country living has never been so lively (or so much fun!). Country Pursuits is everything a girl could want in a book - pure escapist perfection.

My first read of a 'bonk-buster' and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The plot develops well and the characters hold your interest - are real people (at least I know some like them!).

Let's all up sticks to Churchminster!
Churchminster is the village we all wish we could live in or at the very least, visit for a cheeky weekend getaway. With a wonderful array of outlandish characters the novel gets straight to the point with a huge slosh of sauce a mere 4 pages in.

The multiple story lines are cleverly woven together and we can't help but rally with the villagers when the future of Churchminster is in jeopardy. Carnegie delivers all you could want; from sex, superstars and a good old murder mystery. For an all round entertaining read this is a must and will certainly get you hot under the collar of your Barbour jacket!
