Do all the excersises for maximum benefit
If you feel dissatisfied with parts or the whole of your life as it is now, this book will help you to get back in the drivers seat. It is set out in an easy to use format as each section is dedicated to a particular area of life, so you can concentrate on improving one thing at a time and not feel overwhelmed. The book helps you to make realistic changes for the better, it gives clear, down to earth guidance. An excellent workbook.
