Definitely worth buying5
I do quite a lot of exercise, both weights and cardio but have never managed to get the nicely toned legs I'd like. The exercises in this book have really worked for me, I've been doing them for a few weeks now and my legs are slimmer and far better toned than they've been before. In fact I started to see results almost straight away and I wish I had measured my thighs before starting so I could tell how much thinner they are but I'm definitely pleased with the results.

The book has two workouts and you do them alternately with a day's rest in between. I find going through the exercises once (Matt recommends twice!) takes a little over half an hour, with the mix of toning (squats, lunges etc) with cardio (skipping, step-ups etc) improving overall fitness as well as targetting the thighs.

This book is definitely worth the money.

He's done it again. I have a few books of his and all the exercises WORK. Provided you can stick with them. I ache but a good ache. The type where you find out that you do have muscles!!

I strongly recommend any of his books.
