Ok for a real beginner
I bought this book hoping for detailed pages on exercises. Unfortunately there were about 10 - 15 on basic stuff and a lot of those exercise did not contain photo's with start and finish positions, so for those new to this stuff it'll take a little bit of working out.
This would be good for a beginner as it contains some information on diet (some a little dated) and CV work to remove fat but for anyone looking to improve and that is already at an intermediate level I would recommend looking somewhere else.
A realistic way to a six pack
A practical and realistic programme for those who are committed to sorting out their abdomen. Weights are not required for this programme, just determination, commitment and dedication. After 11 days you can feel your abs tighter, and a see a slimming of the waist. I have still 49 days to go for the final result!
