A useful, simple to follow AND entertaining diet book.5
I have read, or at least started to read, my fair share of diet books.
I was attracted by Rebel Diet's claims of offering REALISTIC diet advice (I could not possibly survive on an apple and two celery sticks a day!).
I was not disappointed, this book contains very useful information on nutrition and an easy to follow diet template.
I also found the advice on speeding up metabolism extremely useful too.
The fact that I am "allowed" to cheat once a week is the icing on the cake!
As well as nutrition, the book covers related emotional issues such as stress, motivation and self esteem.
The author really seems to know what she is talking about and succeeded in turning a diet manual into an insightful and entertaining read.
Highly recommended.
