Bought this for a friend who plays tennis and whose hands get cold waiting during games. She is thrilled with it and would recommend it.

Ooooh toasty :o)
They're hand warmers, and they warm hands! Great, they work fine, and get really hot, perhaps a little uncomfortably hot at first. The down side? Well they're done and dusted in around 20 minutes, so they are useless until you get home again and boil in a pan.
So my tip? buy 2! or 3 or 4!!

Heart Warming - Hand
I got one of these thinking that they would be really useful for when at outdoor social events (in the winter) when your hands are feeling the chill. Toasty, warm hands was the idea that sprang to my mind, especially from our youngest (no more 'but my hands are cold, can we go now'. Just slip one of these into your pocket and feel nice and snug.

However the problem seems to be not at first or second use but after that, as mine doesn't seem to heat the crystals up properly thus making it not work properly. (Now if this is because mine was faulty, not sure, I did follow all the instructions on how to re-heat, and re-activate but no joy).

Also the reheat time is a bit of a pain (boil water and place in it for 10 mins).
So not something that you could use, then reuse straight away (water and pan needed to),

So great as a once or time item to use (novelty stocking filler) but not really for a long lasting useful item.

A fun and novel valentine's present.

Better to use another persons hand to snuggle up with.

Sadly I can only give this item a 3 star, as the idea is super but in reality it doesn't always work.
