More and more tangos
Surely, Gotan Project won't win the Grammy in originality.

Their second album, "Lunatico", retraces the same clichè of the first, by proposing the merging of tango and electronic we already know. Those early 1900s patinate atmospheres, those "bandoneón" loops, this cool atmosphere, after a while are somewhat monotone.

New live tour, too, has the same scenery of the previous.

But they're good. They're able to "heat the same soup" again and again and to do it well. Their tango continues involving, it sound warms, and the production is always impeccable.

Their live new album retraces what already published in their two front work but retells and enriches them with new interpretations, and makes an excelent work.

If you are a Gotan's fan, you can't do without it.

Just as great as the studio albums.
Just as good as the studio album, but significantly different enough to be individual albums.
