Informative and full of non technical insights
I have purchased many books, non of which I have read cover to cover. This was the first full of insight strategies of setting up your own business online without all the technical information.

The book concentrates on the decissions you have to make before you even think about what web server?, What ISP? If you are looking for a book to start you off on the road towards ecommerce look at this book first.

Full of very useful information but it does not tell you how to create the site. Well done Brenda and Microsoft
