Joseph O'Connor is an author, trainer and international consultant. He is the author and co-author of twelve books on NLP, translated into 18 languages. He coaches worldwide. He has a high degree of credibility in the NLP world, and is asked to train NLP internationally.Andrea Lages is an internationally certified NLP trainer, independent management consultant, business trainer and executive coach. Living in Brazil, she works internationally doing courses and seminars on communication skills, systemic thinking, health, leadership and goal setting, with individuals and teams.

Very Useful Resource
I found O'Connor & Lages's style to be useful and straightforward, with a continuous emphasis on practice. Very helpful for someone familiar with NLP and keen to use it in coaching. Regular reminders to avoid psychoanalysing clients and just helping them get on with their agenda proved very useful to me. Very useful book.

This is a great read for serious coaches, fully explained models and techniques that can be applied straight away. Well worth RRP.

You have to get this !
I received this book as part of course material during my NLP Practitioners training. Unlike other books on the market, this is a great read, very enjoyable, not at all dull, and a wonderful reference guide. I'm so happy to have it, and would recommend it for anyone interested or training in NLP.
