Commonly known as an Exercise Ball, Gym Ball, Swiss Ball, Fitness Balls or Birthing Balls. Physio Supplies this excellent exercise ball that is burst resistant to 250kg.
The 55cm Gym Ball (Dark Purple) is recommended for anyone between the height of 5'0" - 5'6" (152cm - 167cm).
What size Gym/Exercise Ball do I require?
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips.
The recommended ball/height size is as follows:
5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Gym Ball (Red)
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Gym Ball (Purple)
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver)
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Gym Ball (Blue)
Included Free Of Charge is a 17 minute instructional DVD, a double action super fast inflation pump and a gym ball plug removing tool. The DVD will guide you through a range of exercises and you can also inflate the ball in less than 5 minutes with the excellent double action pump.
The plug removing tool enables you to remove the plug without damaging the ball.

Excellent quality
I had previously bought a cheaper exercise ball and found it very difficult to pump up and use the pump it came with. So, decided for one which was a little more expensive and can definately say you get what you pay for.

The pump works very well and the ball pumps up extremely quickly. I have never had to re-pump as yet and I tend to use it 2-3 times a week.

Worth the price I paid.
