What size Gym/Exercise Ball do I require?
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows:
5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Gym Ball (Red)
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Gym Ball (Purple)
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver)
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Gym Ball (Blue)
Included Free Of Charge is a 17 minute instructional DVD, a double action super fast inflation pump and a gym ball plug removing tool. The DVD will guide you through a range of exercises and you can also inflate the ball in less than 5 minutes with the excellent double action pump. The plug removing tool enables you to remove the plug without damaging the ball.Important Information: When purchasing Exercise Balls, we advise that you check that they are of burst resistant quality. Quality Gym ball and pump
As a personal trainer i have tried many gym balls on the market and this ball is by far the best... The ball was very easy to inflate with the double action hand pump supplied with ball, the DVD is basic but is sufficient for its requirements there are also some more exercises enclosed on a leaflet.

It has a great non slip type surface and is anti burst up to 250kg which is more than any one would need.

All in all i am a very happy with this high quality gym ball and will be recommending it to all my freinds and clients

Good Product, Poor Accessories.
The ball was delivered promptly and I had it 'up and running' fairly quickly. Having an injured back, I use this in my office when I'm on the computer instead of a chair and it makes a noticable difference to your posture. The hand-pump that is supplied though is not really up to the job. It will inflate the ball but in reality, you need a foot-pump to get it fully inflated and at the correct pressure. The DVD that accompanies this product contains some good exercises but it is marred by the fact that it is not interactive i.e. there is no index and you cannot select chapters, etc. You have to watch the whole thing until you reach the part you want and as it is about 30 minutes long, this can be a pain sometimes.
Other than that, this is a very good product.

Fantastic
I had this ball for a few months now, and it never gone down.
Even if it did lose air, it's easy to remove the pin and pump it back up.
I've not checked the DVD out, that was just a bonus as I don't really need it.
It was delivered in speedy time (two days), so top marks there!
So, definitely worth the twenty squid I paid.
