Nope
I read Amazon reviews of the Golds Gym medium band commenting on its weak resistance, so I cleverly upgraded my order to this 'heavy' band, although I am not a prize fighter.

And nope, it is weaker than the green level pilates band I use already. Sent it back straight away. Waste of time and money.

Feeble
Bought these for my wife and they have as much resistance an elastic band off the postman. Cant see them being of much use.
