Product Description

"Riveting adventures in a story which is also crammed full of historical interest." - "Independent". When the thick fog of the Veil descends again, Dan and Ursula expect to return to present day Britain. Instead, the treacherous mist transports them to an ancient world very like the one they have just escaped. But the battle they fought in only hours before is distant history to those around them and their deeds on the battlefield are legend. Dan and Ursula have travelled forwards through time, but how far? What has happened to their old allies and enemies? To find a way back, they have to piece the clues together and use all their skills of survival - as it seems they were not the only ones to step through the mist. Subtly and cleverly woven around Arthurian legend, "Warriors" is action-packed and completely compelling.

Captivating read5
I couldn't wait to read this after reading the Warriors of Alavna and I was not disappointed.
The captivating journey of Dan and Ursula left me wanting more and I was disappointed that there is not a third book.
As this is a childrens book it is very easy going but far from childish. To me it draws similarites to Phillip Pullmans Dark Materials Trilogy in the audience that it is pitched to. If you liked them and want a bit of a lighter read this is a must

This book is simply magical...4
I recieved Warriors of Alavna and Warriors of Camlann as a present from my sister, and as a skeptical fantasy reader, I started on the books with trepidation. I absolutley love them!! Ursula and Dan seem so real, and I love the adventures.
Warriors of Camlann was a great sequel- I was always obsessed with Arthurian legend, and this books gives a fresh version of it. The descriptive imagery really drew me into the setting of the book- I felt the battle wounds, smelt the horses. There was also a slight bit of romance...towards the end when Ursula and Dan finally declare how much they mean to each other was extremely touching.
It was interesting how their powers changed in this novel. How awful would it really be to have the incessent emotions of other people in your mind as Dan does? The Larcius (Lancelot)parts also shocked me...how this novel depicted him as a corrupt man, not a heroic knight. The other chacters are equally vivid, from Bedewyer, a somewhat dull messenger, to Arturus, our famous King Arthur. The whole novel was amazing up until the last page..it was a horrible cliffhanger and now I have to wait until the next book is published, which could be years.
I would definetely reccomend this book to anyone!! Read it, read it, read it!!!!!!

A Good Read3
The author has set out to put a new slant on the Arthurian legends and in all honesty it is probably closer to the truth than the recognised stories.
I believe that this books is the second in a series and as I have not read the first one the opening of the book was a little mystifying, but you soon get into the swing of things.
Dan and Ursula have been back in time and think that they are coming back through the "veil" to the modern day England they left. However this is not so, what happens is that they come forward in time but only by a few hundred years to the time when the Romans have left Britain undefended and Arthur and is men are taking on the Saxons.
The plot is well thought out and the book is well worth a read particularly to those readers interested in the Arthurian legends in one form or another.
