Dolby's best and a great re-issue
Bought this on viynl and the original CD, and it is an excellent album.

The title track alone is worth the money, its the best thing he has ever recorded. Screen Kiss and Mulu are also amazingly atmospheric tracks. The original album had 7 songs, so this is great value.

The fretless bass by mathew seligman is amazing!
when you think what year this was recorded it's unbelievable!
Dolby was way ahead of his time.
I only wish he would put the musicians on this cd together as a band & tour the uk!!

A wonderful new edition of a classic album
Both this and the new edition of The Golden Age of Wireless really are class acts, stuffed with rare bonus tracks. There are even a total of 9 extra tracks they couldn't fit on the discs which you can download for free from Dolby's website (details are in the liner notes, which also include Thomas's enlightening, and often hilarious track-by-track commentary). But lovely extras aside, the original album is the real star. It's lost none of its power, and thanks to the remastering is sounding better than ever.
