CD Description
It's not just the famous London Proms: outdoor and indoor "Proms" concerts take place up and down the UK throughout the summer (weather permitting!), with millions of people seeing live classical music. Land Of Hope And Glory captures all of the flag waving, patriotic spirit of these outdoor concerts, including anthemic pieces of music such as "Jerusalem", "Rule Britannia", "I Vow To Thee My Country", as well as more reflective moments such as the well known "Fantasia On Greensleeves".

Great sing along!5
Would have been nice to know words were not included! Great for a sing along; good value and quality.

Uplifting & Fantastic!5
I bought this cd as a christmas present for a good friend, couldn't resist playing it and loved it so much I have kept it. The traditional 'britishness' of the songs & anthems are truly uplifting and wonderful. I found myself searching the words from the internet and singing along. We attend a 'last night of the proms' type concert in Liverpool each year (by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra) and I know that next year will be even better now I have been practising!! Well worth the purchase as a gift .. or for yourself. Give it a try!
