I enjoy going to France and sampling their wonderful cuisine. This book always sent us to excellent restaurants and there was a real variety of types - Michelin starred, country inns, very typical bourgeoise ones but everyone of them superb. Also found the rest of the book very, very informative. Definitely plenty to do in Normandy and Pas de Calais. Thanks Nick Rider.
