Customer Reviews

It really works5
My child is the fussiest eater and up to the age of 2 would not try any vegetables. Thanks to Lucy, who puts fun into eating healthily, she has finally tried beetroot, carrot and corgette!

The answer is in Lucy's book5
I would definately recommend this book to anyone with children. It offers sound advice for getting children to eat their food, using methods and approaches that are sensible, easy to do and fun. The book is easy to dip in and out of and offers something more than a list of 'healthy recipes'. My children love to make cakes and they now help me prepare vegetables (even if their own vegetable just ends up a bit bashed about by them). They know what is coming on their plate and they eat it. I've been that mum scouring the food books for a way to get my child to just open his mouth. Well look no further, the answer is in Lucy's book.

Mange Tout!5
As a Nanny, Mange Tout has been a great resource for recipes, tips and fun activities. Lucy and Pod make meal times a huge success.

The book is easy to read and refer to when needed and I would recommend it too everyone regardless of whether you need extra help with meal times or not.
