Just beautiful....
I've always avoided buying these compilations in the past, as there are so many of them and I've always found them a bit hit and miss. Not this one. Absolutely beautiful pieces of music - some of which you will recognise, and some you won't - but all of them incredibly soothing and pleasant to listen to. The inclusion of music from films etc just adds to the variety.

Well Named
Wow. Im not usually a clasical listener but this blew me away, Some tracks are old friends(Debussey,Grieg) some are new (Newman,Satie,Hess), but all were so soothing. There are some modern pieces but they sound as if they belong, So if you like something quiet and easy to listen too, and you like piano recitals this could be for you.

Beautiful soothing music
I rarely listen to classical music and bought this cd on an impulse - I'm so glad I did! This is gorgeous music with a nice mix of familiar and new pieces. The album's title is spot on as it's the perfect way to calm down a stressed out student when work threatens to overwhelm, sitting listening to it now I can feel all the tension melting away...
