Well Worth Buying
This book is definitely well worth reading if you have tried to lose weight and failed. Of course there isn't a lot new to be said e.g. eat more healthily and take more exercise. But if you're anything like me you need a bit of encouragment! Anne gives this encouragement by telling of her struggle to lose weight and gives some ideas for healthy meals and snacks. But there's only a chapter on recipes. Some diet books are full of recipes that I'd never bother with. But these ones sound really good. I might even treat myself to a juicer. It really is about getting in the right frame of mind. And I think Anne's book is an inspiration to folk who are trying to lose weight. And there is a lot of reading in it which makes it well worth the money. Excellent!
