About the Actor
Captain Keith Godfrey has over 20,000 hours flying experience and was, until his retirement from British Airways, a CAA examiner for flight tests and training. Captain Godfrey has been featured on national television and radio and has made many live broadcasts on local BBC radio stations throughout the UK. He is often contacted for comment as an industry expert on aviation travel.

If you are at all anxious then this is for you.
Being scared of flying is no laughing matter - it stops you going on holidays abroad, business trips and much more. This DVD is the first product I have found that really helps. It shows real people using the knowledge on the DVD to conquer real fears and actually shows them taking a flight and conquering their fear. Once you have seen them do it, it is soooo much easier to get on board (excuse the pun) with the techniques. Essential viewing for anyone remotely anxious about flying. It is also a really great watch. My partner (who is of course fine with flying) found it entertaining too! 5 stars!

Not worth the cost of postage
The "Flying Without Fear" DVD was as useful to combat anxiety as watching a seminar on "The Finer points of Knitting by Numbers"
For most of the programme I wondered what the seminar was about. Very little facts, very little illustrations and very little use to help combat the fear of flying.
This is more of an advertisement for his course (which I am sure is good), than a useful DVD.
