He is Medical Director of the Winterbourne IVF Unit, one of the the top ten infertility units in the country. Fit for Fertility?
As a want to be mum in my 30's I was worried that it might be difficult to concieve & wanted to maximise our chances. This book is based on research, easy & interesting to read & not too preachy. I found it motivated me to make gradual changes bit by bit & there was also plenty on male fertility which my husband didn't object to reading & acted on too.

I have recommended this to all my friends who want to try & make babies and I feel it certainly helped us get pregnant.

Such a help!
Brilliant book answering all the questions I didn't know who to ask. Really nice to know that there's a medical doctor out there who is also embracing of holistic approaches... but doesn't ram them down your throat!
