Customer Reviews

Delicious dishes!5
I've actually eaten at El Parador restuarant on more than one occasion so I knew when I bought this book the type of food I was in for. Eating tapas is an extremely social way to dine - everyone gets a bit of everything and everyone shares. And cooking tapas is not actually as difficult as one might think. I thoroughly recommend this cook book for people looking to broaden their cooking and dining horizons without having to spend hours on end in the kitchen.

Excellent recipes!5
This recipe book is great. It's nice and clear with really appetising images inside. I used this book to cook a tapas feast for 7 (with help!) and whilst some of the recipes are a little complex and marinating means planning well in advance, this book talks you through every step clearly and suffice to say the results were amazing!! I highly recommend this book if you want to try cooking your own tapas.

Excellent recipes5
Fab recipes for veggies and non-veggies. Have been going to El Parador since it opened and never been disappointed with a meal. Haven't yet been disappointed by any of the recipes either. Relatively straightforward to do and really delicious to eat.
