About the Author
After joining the Royal Marines, Sean Lerwill served in various Royal Marines Units around the country, as well as taking part in numerous exercises and Operations across the globe. He specialised in the Physical Training Branch of the Royal Marines at the earliest opportunity, and after joining the PT Branch gained numerous qualifications in the fitness, teaching and coaching industries. Having left the Royal Marines in Autumn 2009, Sean now co-owns a physical training company, Commando Conditioning, with another Ex-Royal Marines PTI.

Just Bought This Book
hi iv bought this book to help me to get my fitness much higher because i am trying to join the royal marines and need to improve for my PRMC , this book has all the basics of getting fit like, nutrition, what exercises to do,progressing time tables to follow, what tests your be doing in the marines and just lots of info about fitness and the regiment and so on, grate book if you want to join the marines or even if you are thinking ov loosing your beer belly and getting a bit fitter.
