Best house slippers I've ever worn
You know you're getting middle aged when you get excited about going home so you can wear your new Fit Flop Goghs NB I'm not actually middle aged but I am excited about these slippers. I spend hours on my feet chasing after kids and cooking (ie standing on a hard kitchen floor) and have tried various house slipper options over the years. Nothing compares to these though - they are beyond comfortable, I can stand for hours and not feel any muscular or joint aches. Walking in them is like having a teensy spring underfoot propelling you to the next step. I was also surprised to note that in real life they're not as ugly as the photo would suggest. I got mine in light grey felt, so they're similar to Birkenstock clogs aesthetically, and have a nice bit of stitching detail on top which you can't see in the product photos here. They are pricey for slippers, but if you work out how many pairs of cheaper unsatisfactory versions you'd be buying instead then these work out as a good investment.

Fantastically comfortable and warm, too. Maybe not the most elegant footwear, but worth it for the sheer ease of wearing.
