Surprised by the results
I'm one of those tall thin people with a ridiculously high metabolism that can eat whatever I want without putting on weight. That isn't so good when trying to build muscle mass though! I'd tried lots of other supliments over the years on and off (including creatine) but none gave me any extra weight.

I've been using Progain for 3 weeks now and along with my hardcore workout routine(!) I've put on 4kg in weight. I'm very happy and have just ordered another two tubs. I used strawberry flavour and it tastes fine when mixed with water.

Great and cheap
This is a great supplement if your bulking up and need those extra calories and protein.
It tastes great too.

But you have to remember supplements are not miracle muscle builders, they only add what you would get from a meal and then some, if your not working out properly and aren't eating enough in the first place then their not going to be any help whatsoever.

You need anywhere from 6-7 meals a day if you wanna get bigger, 3-4 meals with food and the rest supplemented. you gotta count those calories, carbs, protein, fat, if you wanna make gains..

Progain has 16 servings which if taken once a day is 2 weeks and 2 days, I take it once a day on normal days and twice on workout days, once late mornings and once after my workout .

Ive had a few of these from the maximuscle website before and they charge £33.99 which is a complete rip off, amazon have given it a great price..

MaxiMuscle Progain
I bought the Maximuscle Progain 2kg - Strawberry Dietary Supplement from here with the amazon prime delivery so it was fairly cheap, I have not been using it long but have seen very small changes mainly in my arms, strawberry flavour is quite nice for a drink of this type but I would advise drinking it in half a pint and no more otherwise it just tastes watery, it gives me bad wind but nothing compared to something I used before called Whey Protein made by Body Fortress which turned my stomach inside out and not just wind! This stuff fives you a good amount of energy for your workout and if I keep on it I believe will bulk me up.
So I would say worth buying.
