Muscle Man in a Month!
I play rugby for Haslemere RFC in Surrey 3 and need to build some muscle to absorb the impact hits from the opposition, being only 12st 4.

Mix 1.5 scoops (40 grams) with 400ml of water (just under a pint) twice a day - why not make the scoop bigger though? And why send such a big container that is 50% empty?

The makers suggest ideally straight after an intense exercise session to get the right nutrients into the muscle building process.

The banana taste dominates and so it is easy to drink in a couple of big gulps.

The results...

After 10 days I am up to 12st 7, but I am only taking one serving after each training session, rather than twice a day as suggested.
