But as they say - no pain, no gain and this bench has a massive total weight limit (including user) of 200kg. Suitable for all but the most serious, you can perform Bench Press; Leg Extensions / Back Leg Curls, Crunches, Sit-ups and Pec Exercises and, when you've finished, simply fold it upright for simple storage.

excellent peice of equipment, come to me in perfect condition, took a while putting it together as i expected anyway but it was worh it , havent stopped using it since the day i received it, still usuing it now and i purchested it about 4 months ago lol A++
