Inspiring
This is a great book if you are looking for ideas to shake up your fitness routine. There are all kinds of workouts, from stretches to resistance to cardio interval training. There are also specific plans if you have a particular goal in mind, such as great abs, toned arms etc. There are also some great tips throughout the book on both diet and fitness. I didn't give it 5 stars because the diet section only has a diet plan for one week but there are plenty of tips for you to work out your own rules after that. I recommend this book.
