Very Confortable....
Fitness-Mad Deluxe Aerobic Mat Blue

Had trouble finding an Exercise Mat that did not hurt my back. Some of them are so thin and uncomfortable.

Went for this one because of the thickness and price...really pleased when it arrived and is spongy.

I like the fact that you do not have to roll it up after each use.I keep it under the settee in the lounge and it is so quick and easy to pull out and use.

i ordered this mat on tuesday and it arrived the next day..cannot fault delivery service :)
i bought the mat for ab crunches,push ups, aerobics etc as having a wooden floor, it can get pretty uncomfortable! it is thick enough, it doesn't slide along the floor and is easy to put under the bed when not in use..

i only give it 4 star as it could do with being a bit longer in length, i'm only 5"2, and when lying down,the mat ends at the knee!

all in all though,it is a good product.
