This is a great one on one! You do feel like david is actually working with you personally.. Sounds silly, But very true!

He is a sculpter and anyone from begginers to advanced can do this.. I saw results within 2 days! Seriously... I've been working with this DVD for over a year now, I have his Ultimate New York Body plan too, My body from top to toe is lean, Sculpted and beautifully defined! All thanks to David! You will really enjoy this..

Really motivates you!
This DVD is brilliant! I cut down on fatty foods about a month ago and I am working out 2-3 times a week but decided I neede some extra motivation. David constantly tells you what muscles you are working and how defined you will be if you stick with it. I was losing enthusiasm until I did this workout. I know it sounds daft but he actually gets the positive thinking through to you. I am looking forward to seing his other dvd's but would so far highly recommend this.
