Customer Reviews

a truly excellent reference book for all fitness instructors5
the book covers all aspects pertaining to aerobic instruction. It begins with the basics such as class planning and music choice then moves on to base moves, move variation, cueing. As well as covering all aspects of aerobics it also provides useful information on muscle conditioning, step classes and special populations. I started teaching fitness classes at the beginning of this year and this is the best book I have come across. It is even better than the course book that I used to study for my exam. A really essential book.
