Commonly known as an Exercise Ball, Gym Ball, Swiss Ball, Fitness Balls or Birthing Balls. Physio Supplies this excellent exercise ball that is burst resistant to 250kg.
The 55cm Gym Ball (Dark Purple) is recommended for anyone between the height of 5'0" - 5'6" (152cm - 167cm).
What size Gym/Exercise Ball do I require?
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. The recommended ball/height size is as follows:
5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Gym Ball (Red)
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Gym Ball (Purple)
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver)
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Gym Ball (Blue)
Included Free Of Charge is a 17 minute instructional DVD, a double action super fast inflation pump and a gym ball plug removing tool. The DVD will guide you through a range of exercises and you can also inflate the ball in less than 5 minutes with the excellent double action pump. The plug removing tool enables you to remove the plug without damaging the ball.

Great Exercise Ball
This is an excellent Gym Ball with a very good pump. I had previously bought one from argos but it never stayed pumped up. This is the same quality that I used down the Gym. Highly recommended.
