    You get what you pay for!5
    I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I have owned cheap hand held food processors in the past and they are not as efficient / durable as this Bamix. As soon as you remove the packaging you will notice the quality.

    If you are in the market for a hand held food processor go ahead and purchase this item. You will not be disappointed.

    I purchased this product having had one for many years and which had just come to the end of its life. Could not be without it in my kitchen.

    The best hand blender - expensive but worth it5
    My mother bought a Bamix in 1969 and still uses it virtually every day. I've had several cheaper mixers (Braun etc) but none of them have the power and quality of the Bamix so I finally stumped up the extra money and bought this.

    The plastic stand is too lightweight for worktop use and does let it down somewhat, but its OK when screwed to the wall via the mounting holes provided. Its very easy to clean and the specialist tools for beating/whipping work amazingly once you get the knack of creating a vortex - tip: practice with some water!
