Plymouth Be-gyling !
The wonders of revisiting the bygone days of our now beloved football clubs is always a fascinating journey.
Ryan Danes does the job well, generally maintaining the high standards that the Breedon series of histories has set over the past 25 years.
There are a couple of annoying errors - like the misspelling of Jack Tresadern's name throughout the feature on managers - and references to Septimus Atterbury being a lad of only 17 when signed in 1907, then giving his year of birth as 1880 !
But overall it is a triumph of hard work reasonably well executed and one that will surely provide many evenings of good reading for Argyle fans everywhere.
