Another wonderful Debbie Brown book
Another wonderful collection of cakes from Debbie!
The large cakes are inspired with the option of mini cakes as well. My daughters especially adored the Rainbow Fairies. Not tried the cake with raspberry jelly yet but look forward to experimenting! Clear instructions & beautiful pictures, it is for the beginner to the experienced cake maker. Fantastic!

I have the majority of Debra Brown's book and this has good explanations and easy to follow insrcutions. A lot of the main cakes are from previous books, however they have been reviewed and improved. The ideas to go on matching cupcakes or smaller cakes are excellent and really give the book the edge which meant I bought this despite having the other books.
Character Cakes
Debbie Brown once again has published another modelling book, some characters duplicated from other books but also some new ones. Good descriptions on making models.
