Spooky US TV series Supernatural delivers some of the most satisfying small-screen scares in recent memory. The premise is deceptively simple: brothers Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki from Gilmore Girls and Jensen Ackles) travel the darker corners of the American landscape in search of their father, who's gone missing while hunting the malevolent forces that lead to the death of their mother. In the course of their search, the siblings encounter a host of gruesome and spooky otherworldly creatures, including vampires, ghosts and witches, as well as such distinctly American phenomena as the urban-legend favourite The Hook, monsters from Native American mythology and fearful figures from well-known children's games. Supernatural's integration of elements from pop culture and folklore, combined with its skilled cast and crew (creator/co-writer Erik Kripke delivered 2005's Boogeyman, while director/executive producer David Nutter is a veteran of The X-Files and Millennium), and better-than-average attempts at atmosphere and suspense place the series well above the other spookshow programs that arrived on TV screens at about the same time. Great boxset at a great price!!
Its great that amazon have provided this in a special edition box, because lets face it, its great to have something that is limited edition. The box is small and compact and is great to look at, its also a complete hard case, which makes a change from the flimsy cardboard you get in alot. Inside it is split into four, with season 1 part 1 and part 2 and seasons 2 part 1 and part 2. Although there is no extras on season 1, they make up for it on season 2 with plenty to keep you entertained. I am extremely pleased to have this boxset at such a great price. This show is completely underrated! You will not be dissapointed if you buy this boxset!

Supernatural - Quiet Brillant Series
This one brillant box set and is from a brillant show that really has gone unmissed on TV by a lot of people due to poor scheduleing of a series equal to Heroes and the X Files.

My wife purchased the first series in the Ukraine and I watched this and had to buy the boxset. As the series is brillant and equal to any on TV. The boxset is a very nice touch is very handy and keeping the whole series together in manageable small bites of four shows per disk. Each show is about 45 minutes long and is very well acted and shot.

Great Box
Supernatural is a very impressive tv show. With this box you get the first two seasons split into 4 Box-Sets.
I bougt this box, because it says it have all extras the US Boxes have.
But unfortunedly only Season 2 have extras, but realy a lot extras.
So, not a bad offer if you want the DVD with extras and need region2 :)
