A Great Motivator
This is a brilliant book to get you off your backside and start to make you make things happen in your life, even when you think you have it all sorted.
I decided as part of de-cluttering my life, to de-clutter my study of unwanted books and make room for new ones!
Please get hold of a copy and you will not be disappointed.

Dankeschoen, Nina
As a self-styled wallflower (part inherited, part conditioned), I tend to quietly gravitate towards these types of self-help books. I always seem to be looking for something to pull me off the wall and Nina Grunfeld has made a pretty good start with this effort. The book has shown me that I should be happy in my own skin and that all of us are beautiful in our own way. My confidence has grown pretty significantly, to the point where I'm now starting to look down on the majority of people. Nina's good natured hectoring allows me to accept my physical and mental frailties and to think that while I'm not perfect, I'm better than most of the muppets beside me on the bus. Grunfeld means green field in German and it's fairly apt. I used to feel like a wallflower in a dimly lit room. Now I feel like a big fat cow, lying back in a green Alpine field in summertime, surrounded by daisies and buttercups. Thanks, Nina.
