    Snazzy4
    Was looking for a little something with which I can wash the car (albeit very occasionally!), and this is a nifty compact package that sits tidily in the corner, not bothering anyone (especially the wife) and actually looks quite neat. Have only used it a couple of times since I've had it, so can't comment on durability; but very easy to assemble and use. Overall, pleased so far!

    Shoddy and flimsy1
    My first complaint about this product is that it takes a long time to assemble. It's also not that easy. However, that's the least of its problems. The hose kinks all the time, and the winding/unwinding mechanism always gets stuck. The plastic handle also breaks off easily.
    Basically, the ONLY way to make this product function as advertised is to extend the hose to its full 25m... and then SLOWLY and CAREFULLY wind it back up. Anything else, and you get a kinked tangled mess.
    This product has given me so much grief that I am now looking to buy another hose altogether.

    I have this hose and it is so hard to wind and unwind that I`m looking on Amazon for something easier to use.
