About the Author
Peter Wells was trained in film and television production in Edinburgh, having come from a wide-ranging background of science and theatre. He currently runs a music video label, recording concerts and releasing DVDs worldwide. Peter has been a prolific writer on the subect of digital video since 1999 and his previous book, Digital Camcorder - A User's Guide was published by The Crowood Press in 2006. Another win for clear and simple
This is just as good as his Digital Camcorder book - which is very good indeed. They work well together, and they're cheap enough that you could afford both.

He uses a variety of editing software as illustration, so it's not aimed at any one of them. In doing this, he makes it much easier for you to work out for yourself what to do.
