About the Author

Maurice Hazan has been teaching languages in St. Louis for more than a decade. He developed the Symtalk method, featured in this book and used in schools across the country, based on his teaching experiences and his studies in developmental psychology.

a good self start book
my 7 year old is happy to work through this on her own, and my 4 year old with me. i like the build up of complexity, though might have liked easier names [or less of them!] to remember
