Not the best
I got this sandwich toaster 8 months ago and I'm already looking to buy a new one!

1. Not very easy to wash (would be easier if plates came out), and even when you are carefull water get inside the unit.

2.The rubber feet have left marks over my kitchen surfaces

3. May be my love for chesse but chesse gets into the hinge.

4. Sometimes the lock gets a bit stuck and when you are trying to open it the stream comes out and burns you.

Safe to say I'm looking to up grade my sandwich toaster.

Great toasties!
Just like any other sandwich toaster. Great product, looks good. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Not Good.
Looking for a proper toasted crispy sandwich? Look elsewhere, this is dreadful, sandwiches are still soft after toasting them for a while, no where near the proper crispiness one would expect. I bought this for toasting sandwiches, it was not very good, so I went for the delonghi mini oven, that was absolutely dreadful (see my review to know why), and now I've settled with the cuisinart oven, it may be 8x the price, but trust me, you will not regret it, It can do so much more than just toast a sandwich.
