What a Con2
I have just received my copy of this book and can't believe it's 'Two Lipsticks and a Lover' word-for-word but with a different title! What a con. I loved the aforementioned book and was really looking forward to reading this one, so am bitterly disappointed. My advice is to buy either book, but not both. Annoyed that Amazon did not make this clear in the synopsis.

All You Need to Be Impossibly French - not for those on average income!!1
Nice book, quick and easy to read... Unfortunately the research that the author did for this book somehow omitts interviews with the less wealthy women leaving an impression that in France every woman spends a fortune on cosmetics, perfume, clothes and lingerie. Not every woman can afford to spend so much money on herself especially if she does not have a wealthy husband or boyfriend to support her.

I wish this book had represented all women in France, unfortunately this book represents only wealthy women in France and to be honest if you are wealthy you don't have to live in France or to be French to have a great wardrobe, expensive creams, modern hairstyle and shop at Chanel.

There was a far greater chance that an average woman with an average income would reach for this book; unfortuanetly after reading this book all she is left with is an idea that the French women she is reading about are not avearge like her - quite far from it, and rather then making her feel good, wanting to challenge her look and her style this book makes her feel bad about herself in the long run.

Yes, the main idea in this book is about the famous French style but why not interview an average (on a smaller income) French woman to prove the point?

I bought this book after reading 2 lipsticks & a lover only to find it is the same book with a different title
