Cooking and more made easy!
A very very well written and informative read about vegetarian cooking to suit all budgets.
The book is packed to the brim of tips to cater for all levels of cooking ability, it's ideal for the student or novice vegetarian chef alike as it targets people who've never cooked before and includes many great recepies that don't cost an awful lot.
I suggest buying two copies as you'll not doubt wear the first one out long before your tired of it.
The book also contains the seedling symbol as it's been approved by the Vegetarian Society.
