Great! They do what you expect no problems!
I can't believe I'm writing a review on metal tongs, but I do find reviews very useful when making a buying decision and since no one else could bring themselves to writing one for these, so I've gone ahead and done one!

Haven't rushed mind you, I've had them for at least a year now, which to be fair is a lot longer than I thought they'd last. Especially with near daily use (we steam our veg and these are great for picking brocolli, beans, carrots etc. from the hot steam, peas not so easy!)

They aren't showing any sign of fatigue and no doubt will last for many years to come, the little ring at the top which you can just see in the photo keeps them closed when not in use (picture is of them closed), when opened they have a 7 inch spread at the tips (can't believe I went and measured that).

The little retaining ring also stays out of the way once you've opened them.

So there you go, if you need some 22.5cm metal tongs these are great, they are light and long lasting.

Go on, you know you want one!

Does what is says on the tin - reasonably priced and suitably sturdy - it's been in use in the kitchen for a month now.

these are very good,just the very thing i needed,easy to use to pick up meat etc.would recommend them
