Does its job well
I have a Panasonic DMZ-FZ18 and this lens is a perfect fit. The pictures do seem clearer but more importantly, the main lens is protected. The lens cap still fits as well. A UV filter isn't the most exciting of filters agreed but its main function for me is to protect that main lens.

Worth getting.

Picture is WRONG - (on 3rd September 08 at least)
I don't have this, but be aware that the photo appears to be of the HTMC version (Multi-coated).

If you are going to fit this permanently, you really want multi-coated and this isn't.

The picture is misleading. (If the picture is correct, its a bargain, but the old adage, if it seems too good to be true ......)

Useful product
Ideal. Fits my Fuji Finepix 58000, protecting the lens from dust and scratching. Not an exciting product but very useful. Also suits the camera well in silver. I also purchased a 46mm polariser through amazon which though pricey is a very useful addition to the camera bag, enhancing b&w shots, and flattening reflections.
